A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Africa-Arab Cultural Institute based in Bamako-Mali and the General Union of Support Institutions to the Arabic Language in Chad in December 2019 in N’Djamena-Chad. This MoU aims to develop and facilitate cultural exchanges between peoples in the fields of thought, civilisation, and the publication of intellectual and literary African and Arab works as well as questions of common interest to consolidate the fundamental achievements of the nation.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Africa-Arab Cultural Institute, by the Deputy Director General, Dr Mahamat Adoum Koulbou, and on behalf of the General Union, by its president, Dr Hassaballah Mahdi Fadlah.
